Bathing Norbert

Today I am bathing my bearded dragon, Norbert.If you don't know who Norbert is you can find out by reading another one of my blogs.Norbert is sitting in inch high water around 96 degrees.The reason why I am giving Norbert a bath is because he is shedding and taking a bath will allow him to shed much more easily, another reason is because bearded dragons do not drink water so giving them a bath allows them to get hydrated.

Here I am using a toothbrush to give brush Norbert, he does not like to take baths , but he likes to be brushed with water.

Color Me Mine

Today I went to Color Me Mine to paint.What you do at Color Me Mine is you first find a ceramic animal, mug, plate, or creature to paint.Then you go to the paint area to get your choice of colored paint.Finally you pick a table to sit at and start customizing your ceramic animal, mug, plate, or creature.Here I have picked out a turtle to paint I am painting its stomach.

In this picture I am at my table with my turtle's shell complete, I am now out lining the turtle's scales.

Dragon Boat Festival

Today is the the dragon boat festival.I have decided to celebrate by making a dragon boat this is a picture of the head of my boat that I designed, drew, and colored.

The Norcal Reptile Expo

Today,I went to the Norcal Reptile Expo.It is an exhibition where you can buy, sell, interact, and learn about about reptiles.You can also watch a show at 3:00.This is a picture of me with a blue chameleon.

Field Trip

This is a picture of Sycamore Grove park.I went there with my class on a field trip.It has a large creek.The creek in the picture is of the creek in the park.

In this picture my class has formed a circle around the creek, we are seeing what bugs are in the creek.

Point Reyes

Today I went to Point Reyes with my family, my friend, and my friend's family.We went on a hiking trail called the Coast Trail, it leads to the beach.After hiking to the beach, we sat down to eat lunch.When we finished, me, my friend, and her sister went to play in the waves, then we hunted for rocks.After leaving the beach we had a snack of Nutella with bread sticks, and went back to the parking lot.Our parents decided that we could eat dinner at Sweet Tomato's together .This is a picture of me, and my friend on the trail.

Missions

Today I went to Mission San Carlos De Borromeo Carmel.This is a picture of me in front of the mission.The reason why we went to the mission is because we are learning about missions in school.We also have to make a report about a mission, but my mission was too far away, so we went to this mission instead.

Spring Break

This is week is my school's spring break. On Monday and Tuesday, my classmate came over to work on our Science project. We are making water filters. This is the presentation board I designed.

This afternoon before my Chinese class, I went to a park in Fremont near my Chinese school.This is a picture of me on top of the Saber tooth slide.

My new pet

On Sunday my dad took me to PetSmart to get a new pet.A lizard!This is Norbert the bearded dragon. I named my beardie[they are also called beardies]Norbert because if you are familiar with Harry Potter, you would know that Norbert is the name of Hagrid's pet dragon.They are called bearded dragons, so I named it Norbert.If you are wondering why I don't say he, or she , its's because Norbert is a baby beardie and when they are babies you can't tell their gender.Bearded dragons are originated from Australia[they live in the desert] therefore, we need to get Norbert a warm light, so Norbert feels like he is in the desert.We are using my dad's tank to make a habitat for Norbert.There are two lights, on the left, there is the ceramic heater for warmth in the night.The one on the right is the light used during the day.I even decorated Norbert's enclosure to make it look more like a desert area.

Here is a picture of Norbert by his basking log.Norbert might seem small but in about a year he will be at least 61cm.long.

奧蘭多迪士尼之魔術王國

奧蘭多迪士尼之好來塢影城

到了奧蘭多的第三天，是安排到迪士尼好萊塢影城的日子。當天的天氣一反奧蘭多的溫暖，變得超級冷，不過好險我們帶了足夠的衣物，不然真不知道要怎麼樣度過寒冷的一天。

普奇身後便是好萊塢影城中最受歡迎，叫做搖滾樂雲霄飛車(Rock And Roller Coaster)的機動遊戲。本來普奇家還擔心一大清早就坐這個雲霄飛車會不會很吃不消，結果事實證明，由於這個雲霄飛車設計得很好，我們只感到速度很快，卻沒有任何不舒服的感覺。要不是如果沒有用Fass Pass排隊要九十分鐘，我們一定還想再多坐幾次。

Rock And Roller Coaster 雲霄飛車是真的會三百六十度翻轉過來的。

接下來去皮克斯(Pixar)動畫工作室區參觀。

欣賞美女與野獸歌舞劇，看著色彩繽紛的舞台佈景，服裝設計，聽著耳熟能詳的歌曲，真的超級享受的！

晚上還觀賞了配合星際大戰電影的情節所設計的燈光秀。

當天恰好是把拔的生日，回到飯店後普奇還幫把拔唱了生日快樂歌，並且和把拔分享一個小蛋糕。
